Important Notice regarding Blue Note JAZZ FESTIVAL in JAPAN 2025

・By purchasing tickets to the festival, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set by the event’s organizers. Please make sure to read and understand all festival information and guidelines before purchasing tickets and attending the event.
・The following will be updated as necessary and may be subject to changes without notice.

Ticket Information

・Preschoolers (6 years old or younger) will not be admitted to this festival. Children that are 6 years old and older require a ticket to attend this event.
・An accessible and dedicated area will be provided for visitors with disabilities, which will be the equivalent of a reserved S-seat. Please purchase a reserved S-seat ticket first to apply for access to this area. Tickets are required for accommpanying individuals as well. Please note that even if you purchase a VIP or SS-type ticket, you will not be able to watch the show from these areas. ⇨ More information
・Tickets are only valid for the performance date indicated on the ticket. Please note that there are no tickets valid for both days of the festival.
・Please note that changes or cancellations cannot be made after purchasing a ticket.
・The transfer or resale of tickets is strictly prohibited, and legal action will be taken if such conduct is discovered. We also cannot guarantee admission to the venue for customers who purchase tickets through non-official and unauthorized ticket sales outlets (e.g. Viagogo, Ticket Distribution Center, StubHub, ticketjam, etc.). Please be aware that buying and selling tickets through unauthorized sales channels can not only put you at risk of fraud and other troubles, but you may also be subject to questioning by authorities, and in some cases both the seller and the buyer may be legally prosecuted.
・Artist line-up will be different for each day of the event.
・Please note that the Artist’s performance date can be subject to change.
・Please be advised that no refunds will be made for any reason other than postponement or cancellation of the festival. Due to the nature of this event, performers may be subject to change. No refunds will be issued due to changes in performers or cancellations, nor for any personal reasons such as illnesses (including new coronavirus infection and influenza), injuries, and other personal matters.
・All tickets must be exchanged for a wristband before entering the venue. Since all seats for this event are reserved, please make sure to keep your ticket stub as your seat number is detailed on your ticket. After exchanging your ticket for a wristband, you may enter and exit freely during the event.
・Tickets and wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances.
・Any individual not wearing a wristband will be asked to leave festival grounds. Make sure to take good care of your wristband, and please do not remove it until the end of the event.
・Please note that the artists, the performances and certain areas of the stage may be difficult to see.

Prohibited Items

・Video cameras, (semi-)professional filming equipment, telephoto lenses, recording equipment, action cameras and other recording/filming gear, as well as live streaming the event and similar activities are not allowed on festival grounds.
・You cannot bring food and drinks into the venue, nor plastic bottles and cans, water bottles (e.g., personal re-usable bottles), etc.. Food and beverages stands will be available on festival grounds.
・Long umbrellas are not accepted in the venue. Please bring a folding umbrella in case of rain.
・All items prohibited by law as well as dangerous and hazardous materials cannot be brought on festival grounds. In the event that any items prohibited by law are found to have been brought and/or used on festival grounds, the police will be notified immediately. Please note that animals are also not allowed in the venue (except for service dogs).
・Please note that any other items deemed dangerous by the event’s staff will not be allowed.

Prohibited acts on festival grounds

・Any individual who disturbs other patrons inside and/or outside the venue, who does not follow the guidelines and instructions of the festival, and/or who is heavily intoxicated will be forcibly ejected from festival grounds. Tickets will not be refunded in the event that such measures are taken.
・The organizers decline all liability for any injuries caused by failure to comply with the festival’s policies. In the event of an accident or injury between attendees, the problem must be resolved between the parties concerned.
・Smartphone use is allowed in the venue, however the filming and/or recording of the performing artists and their performances is strictly prohibited.
・Please refrain from throwing items towards and on the stage as this can be very dangerous to the performing artists and their crew, to other patrons, as well as to the event’s staff.
・Perpetrators of malicious and/or criminal acts such as but not limited to molestation, theft, assault, illegal substance use, will be turned over to the police immediately if found on festival grounds. If you witness any suspicious acts, please report it to the nearest staff member.
・You will be denied entry on festival grounds if you are a member of or affiliated with a crime syndicate and/or other anti-social group(s). You will also be denied entry if you are intoxicated.
・Please refrain from any activities that may cause any inconvenience or trouble to residents living around the area of the festival.
・No parking is available at the venue.
・Parking on the side of the road is prohibited around the venue. Illegally stopping and/or parking your vehicle will not only impede traffic in the area, but can increase the risk of a serious accident.
・Please separate and dispose of garbage in the appropriate trash receptacles, and do not trash the streets.
・Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is only allowed in the designated smoking areas.
・The use of lighters and matches outside the smoking area is strictly prohibited.
・Please do not damage any plants, trees, or facilities in and around the venue.
・Waiting or sitting near the venue as well as in the surrounding area for artists and related personnel to enter or leave the festival site (as well as chasing after them) is strictly prohibited. Such actions are not only dangerous for the artists and the public, but may also cause trouble and accidents including the general public. Please do not engage in such activicties. The artists, the event’s organizers, and the venue will not be held responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur as a result of these acts. In the event of malicious behavior, you will be denied entry to the festival and you may be turned over to the police.

Other

・Please note that show times may be subject to changes.
・All attendees will be subject to safety screening upon festival entry.
・Please take care of your belongings at your own risk.
・The artist, the venue, and the event’s organizer are not responsible for any loss, theft or accidents that occur on and outside of festival grounds.
・Please note that the audience may be asked to follow the safety regulations enforced to enter and exit the venue.
・Any official merchandise sold during the event may not be exchanged or returned after purchase except for defective items.
・This festival will take place for long hours. Please note that it is your own responsibility to manage your own physical well-being during the event.
・In the event of cancellation, postponement or delay of the festival, no compensation will be made for travel and/or accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees).
・Please be aware that cameras will be present in the venue to take photographs and record videos of the festival. The recorded images and photos may be used for promotional purposes, and the appearance of attendees may be reflected in the media or product images without compensation of any kind.
・We will comply with the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” as well as related laws and regulations when handling the personal information of customers who apply for tickets.
・All customer information received at the time of ticket application will belong to the organizer.
